At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Order value below Rs.500/- Rs.60/- add for shipping within Tamilnadu only
  • Other state no free shipping checkout page will show you the exact shipping cost

Payments Mode

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, UPI and PayTM payment modes (available when you click on Online payment mode in the final payment page).
  • Cash on Delivery is available within Chennai only.

Delivery Duration

Orders placed before 3pm india time will normally be processed and shipped by the following business day. For orders received after 3pm, they will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day. For example if you place your order after 3pm on Monday the order will ship on Tuesday. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday and all Holidays. Please allow additional processing time if you order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Once an order is processed, speed of delivery will be determined as follows based on the shipping mode selected:

  • Delivery in Chennai - 2 days
  • Delivery within TamilNadu 2 - 3 days
  • Delivery All Over India 5 - 7 days excluding weekends
  • International Delivery 5 - 6 days excluding weekends
  • Delivery time period mentioned are excluding Sundays and public Holidays.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges.

  • What if the items I have received are damaged?

  • What if an item is missed out?
    You will be notified well in advance regarding the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order.
  • For Cancellation Order?
    Please call us @ 9094676665 or email us to care@chennaiangadi.com with order number or your contact number. Cancellations will not be accepted post dispatch.
  • What if I have a quality complaint?
    The details regarding the quality complaint must be explained clearly to our customer support executive and the refund is clearly subjected to the management's decision.
  • How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product?
    Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
