• Order details: the products you buy, order amounts, payment method and delivery information.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and reference; we do not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit.
• Reviews and messages: reviews you post, and messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

How we use your information

• To process, pack and deliver your orders and send order confirmations and updates.
• To manage your account and keep your cart, wishlist and order history.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To tell you about offers and new products (you can opt out any time).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

• Fraud prevention: for fake orders, refused confirmed COD orders or fraudulent claims, we may share the order details with the police or the appropriate authority, and keep an internal record of the mobile number and address to stop Cash on Delivery. We do not publish customer details publicly.
• A new owner, if our business is ever merged or sold, under the same privacy protections.
